Most important of all is that most systems today have a 5 year parts warranty. This means that any problems found during this first 5 years can save the homeowner hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars. While the system is under the parts warranty, you only have to pay for the labor. Most gas furnaces also have a 10 year parts warranty on the heat exchanger.
